- How far is it from KAYABUKI-NO-SATO to THYME ?

- I would like to take a taxi from Kyoto Station. How much does it cost?
  
  Please use taxi of our partner company. Their price is fixed (not by meter) and they will pick up you at Kyoto Station.

  *It’s approximately 1.5 hours by car from Kyoto Station to THYME
- How far is it from Osaka (Umeda area) to THYME? How do we get around Miyama?
  
  From Umeda to Miyama, it takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes by toll road. If you’d like to get around in Miyama, it is advisable to rent a car in the city.
- What are the closest airport from Miyama?
  
  Itami Airport (Osaka International Airport) is the closest. An airport limousine bus leaves from Itami Airport to Kyoto Station every 20 to 30 minutes (about 50 minutes ride). If you rent a car at Itami Airport, it takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to THYME if you use the toll road.
- What is the maximum capacity?
  
  5 persons. However, infants under 3 years old are not included in the maximum number
- Is there a child charge?
  
  Adult rates apply for ages 3 or older.
  For infants less than age 3, following charges apply:
  
  – If bedding is not required (children sleep with their parents)/breakfast is not required, the child will be charged free of charge.
  – If bedding and breakfast are required, there is a charge of ¥3,000 per infant.
- Do I need snow tires for winter road?
  
  Yes, if you come during winter period (from December to February), please come with snow tires or chains.
- I would like to have a BBQ outside, but what happens if it rains?
  
  The wooden deck terrace is equipped with a tarp so you can enjoy BBQ even in the rain. In case of strong winds, you may move into the roofed garage. For details, please contact us before you come.
- How many days in advance the cancellation fee charged?

- What are check-in and check-out times?
  
  Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00am
- Can I check-in early?
  
  Early check-in is possible from 13:00 on the check-in date with extra charge of JPY11,000 (tax included. cash only). Please let us know by e-mail in advance.
- Can I check out late?
  
  Late check-out is possible up to 12:00 on the check-out date with extra charge of JPY11,000 (tax included. cash only). Please let us know by e-mail in advance.
- What preventive measures are taken against COVID 19?
  
  THYME operates the inn in accordance with Preventive Measures against COVID 19 spreading in Miyama (see website below).

  If you have a fever or cold, please take it easy and come after you are well. We will take your temperature when you check in. We ask for your understanding that guests with a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher or those who are not in good health will not be allowed to use our inn.
